Returns
The WhatStopsYou.org Foundation's HumanityMerch.com store takes pride in our products and service and we are grateful for your purchase. If an item you purchased is defective or quality or workmanship, please advise is within 10 days of receiving it so that it can be returned or exchanged.
Please remember, this store is Profit-Free, meaning every cent over our cost is for charity, and we the items you purchased are printed on-demand when you order it, especially for you, so we can only accept returns for a return or exchange for reasons other than a possible defect in quality or workmanship. For this reason, please use our sizing guide for each item to help ensure you order the correct size.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return any time due to defects in quality or workmanship, please send an email to returns@humanitymerch.com with a photo/s of any defects or quality issues so that was can review it, and provide you with an RMA number.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
Due to this store existing entirely for charity, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Thank you for your understanding. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
